No Provider-Patient Relationship Without Visit
Use of this website alone does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
A provider-patient relationship is established only after a consultation has been completed and care has been provided by a licensed clinician.

Medicare Eligibility
Santur Health & Wellness does not provide services to individuals enrolled in Medicare (Part A or Part B).
By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not a Medicare beneficiary.
If it is determined that you are enrolled in Medicare:

Services may be declined or canceled

Any payments collected may be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations
Payment Policy
All services are self-pay only. We do not bill insurance.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation
You may choose to submit your receipt to your insurance independently.
Prescription Policy
Providers may prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.
